Passionate about the future of Work and with a “people-first mindset”, Juan Jose has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in companies across Latin America. Creator of talent strategies, enterprise change leader, driver or culture and purpose and trusted advisor and coach, Juan Jose holds an Industrial Engineer from Lima University as well as a MBA from IESE (University of Navarra) in Barcelona, Spain.
