Patrick Hull- VP Global Learning and Future of Work at Unilever

Insights about the Future of Work

By 2025, the World Economic Forum estimates that 85 million jobs may be displaced by automation while 97 million new roles may emerge. How are companies preparing their people and their businesses to face this reality? In this new episode of Perspectives, Erika Giorgana, CEO of Humand, talks to Paddy Hull, VP of the Future of Work in Unilever. In this inspiring conversation Paddy talks about Unilever’s commitments to prepare the people for the future of work: Equip everyone with future-fit skills and at the same time pioneering new employment models to give more flexible employment options.
How do we create more flexible options for people to decide when and how to work? By removing job titles, not limiting people to a specific role and by reskilling and upskilling to opening all sorts of possibilities.
