Ep. 13

Jorge Obregón- Priest

Lessons of Catholic Servant Leadership for the Corporate World

There is no better example of a Servant leader than Jesus Christ. No matter our religion or beliefs, we all can learn so much about His life and the way He lead. Servant leaders place themselves at the service of the people, the mission and the vision. Leaders are “to serve, not to be served” (Matt 20:28; Mark 10:25).

Servant leadership is characterised by the desire to serve and empower others by focusing on inspiring and enabling people to achieve their full. Servant leadership is following the example of Jesus when he washed the feet of his disciples (John 13:1-17).

In this interview, Erika Giorgana- CEO & Founder of Humand speaks with Priest Jorge Obregón on how CEO’s and young people can lead through Purpose, Service, Authenticity and Humility.
